Upon receiving your order, if you encounter any issues, please directly
reach out to our customer service via email. Make sure to mention our
"Satisfaction Guarantee" and provide a detailed description of the
defect in your order:

We also invite you to supplement your message with at least two clear
photos of the issue taken on a neutral background and in daylight. This
will enable us to conduct an initial assessment more accurately and
efficiently.

Together with our Quality Management, we will examine your case to determine the most suitable solution. we will communicate our decision to you promptly once a resolution has been reached.

Orders on WhiteWall can be canceled within 2 hours via the customer
account by selecting the order, clicking "Details," and choosing "Cancel
this order." After confirmation, the status changes to "cancelled," and
no charge is made. Cancellation by email is not possible. Personalized
products generally cannot be canceled, and Photo Calendars and Coffee
Table Books cannot be canceled after order validation.

WhiteWall does not provide the nails or screws needed to hang your prints.
This is because the material of your wall and the weight of our
products may vary greatly. Choosing your own hanging hardware allows a
more personalized hanging solution for your product and wall.

However,
we do offer different mounting systems such as aluminium rails or wall
posts. The options available depend on the size of your artwork and can
be selected in the configurator.

The website provides a shipping overview table listing delivery countries and costs. Non-EU deliveries may incur customs duties, import VAT, and longer delivery times. Customers must order from the website matching their billing country for accurate shipping costs. Country-specific sites ensure best prices and service,
with WhiteWall US serving residents of specified countries, excluding
Puerto Rico.

For non-EU countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may be
subjected to customs duties, import VAT as additional costs, as well as
extended delivery times. These vary from country to country.
